Quality and Sustainability Policy - Mk3 Group

The Mk3 Group (“Mk3 Group”) is committed to delivering cost effective and prompt property loss survey and repair services to Insurance companies in Australia conforming to our client specifications, insurance industry guidelines and building repair standards applicable in Australia and New Zealand.

 

To govern our business processes and continually improve our business operations and to satisfy our client’s and stakeholders needs and expectations, we have established, will maintain and continuously improve a business management system which complies with AS/NZS ISO 9001, AS/NZS ISO14001 and globally accepted sustainable supply chain guidelines.

 

Our business management system adopts a process approach, prioritises operational risks and will establish relevant process performance objectives that are measurable. The process owners and senior management will monitor the performance of these objectives. We aim to achieve work efficiencies, better supplier relationships, higher customer satisfaction, socially responsible behaviour and sustainable business practices driven by these objectives. Our transactions and engagements with our customers and service providers will be based on transparency, accountability, ethical behaviour, respect for stakeholder interests, respect for human rights and compliance to regulations.

 

While delivering our services we will take a precautionary approach and identify relevant adverse impacts on the environment and implement controls to prevent adverse environmental impact and pollution. We will strive to reduce carbon footprint in our sphere of influence and in our recommendations to clients and customers. Workplace Safety and well-being of our employees and service providers are critical to a sustainable workplace. We will assess WHS risks related to our work and ensure adequate controls are implemented to prevent injury and illness.

 

Our Quality & Sustainability Policy and objectives will be communicated to our employees and our service providers.

 

We will provide our employees with adequate training, infrastructure, and safe work environment to meet our service and delivery commitments.

This policy, objectives and business practices will be reviewed by top management on a regular basis and if required revised at management review meetings. Mk3 Group management and employees are committed to practicing this policy.
